Lee Binding






















Artist Lee Binding has kindly donated six publisher proofs to books his fantastic digital artwork covers. Each of the proofs is signed.

Colin Howard


Artist Colin Howard has been responsible for some stunning covers to Doctor Who books and videos.
He has very kindly created this original pencil drawing for the auction. It is a wonderful piece of work and we're very grateful to Colin for his very kind donation.

Adrian Salmon

This year we'll be running an auction of artwork relating to the world of Doctor Who.







This morning the very first pieces of artwork arrived from the very talented Adrian Salmon. Adrian has kindly donated three fantastic pen and ink drawings.


The first depicts the fourth Doctor, Tom Baker. It measures 28cm x 19cm. It is ink on bristol board.


















The second piece of art originally appeared in Doctor Who magazine to illustrate a "Time Team" article on the story "Destiny of the Daleks". it measures 30.5 cm x 23 cm.













The third piece of artwork also accompanied a "Time team" article in doctor who magazine. this one illustrates episodes 9 - 12 of the story, "The Trial of a Time-Lord". The art is drawn in ink on watercolour paper and measures 35 x 25.5 cm.

Barry Kitson


Here is an original pen and ink drawing by comic artist Barry Kitson. Barry drew this as a page rough for the 2000ad strip "Anderson Psi division" in 1987. In the end artist Will Simpson worked it up into the completed page which was used.

Richard Herring


As well as auctioning artwork by children's illustrators the 2010 auction will also auction other types of artwork.
Here is an A4 original caricature of comedian Richard Herring in ink and watercolour. The piece has been signed by Richard.

New Frances Cony book

Another "Art for hearts" auction will be running in 2010 starting during transplant week in the middle of the year.
Artist Frances Cony has kindly donated this wonderful pop-up book, "Sausages!"
The book is signed and also comes with a signed card.
